These things are 000250 helpful for dualies. However, they're one-time use. If you get your tires changed, you have to buy new ones or they leak, especially at the high pressure dualies require. They're 000250 of expensive too. Aside from all that, they make checking and filling your tires super easy compared to not having them. 000250 put this extension on my inner tire on my class A motorhome after returning from the tire dealer where I got a new valve put on my michelin tire because of a slow leakafter monitoring it for a month, I have a fast leak, after jacking my unit up and removing the outer tire my air bubbles are coming from this extension, alot of work to find out it leaks air, the one thing it's NOT supposed to do. I'de like to charge the company for my labor but all I can do is warn others, do NOT buy the Quick Pressure valve stem extension unless you need aggravation.
